We just moved here a couple of months ago and this Vet Clinic has been amazing. We have 3 dogs, 1 of them is EXTREMELY difficult at the vet because of a bad experience when he was a puppy. They are extremely patient and understanding of that. So far everyone we've dealt with here has been amazing, polite and caring. This is definitely going to be our regular Vet Clinic.
We take all our dogs here because they truly make you feel like family. Receptionists are friendly and accommodating, the techs & docs are so patient with pets and always want what is best for them. Great practice.
Staff always very willing to help. They come out to my car to take my dog in for his appointments. This is especially appreciated by me, as I have MS and a very bad back.
We recently had to bring in my daughter's beloved dog after it was hit by a car. Unfortunately the dog died on impact. HAH staff were very compassionate and very caring. They even sent my daughter a rainbow bridge paper with a nose and paw print from her dog as a keepsake. We didn't ask for that, but they cared enough to send it. Their compassion speaks volumes. If she gets another dog, I'm pretty sure HAH has a client for life.
I absolutely love this vet. Dr. James is very good with animals and very good at working on them. A mechanic for animals lol. This is the best vet I have taken my canine to between Tennessee and Colorado!
Hopewell Animal Hospital was great with my fur baby Oakley. My Oakley had surgery and she is doing great. From the staff to Dr. James. I am very pleased.
We brought my sweet Pepper in after she was attacked and barely hanging on to life and the doctor and staff treated her as if she was apart of their family. They did everything they could to help nurse her back to health. They even made several phone calls to check on her when we brought her home. I will always be grateful for the part they played in making sure she would come back home to us.
My cat Pharaoh got into a fight with another cat and was insured I thought he had ticks on him but the Vet found battle wounds that were infected and he was running a fever but the Vet did a great job treating him.
The staff is SENSATIONAL! It might sound crazy but they actually LOVE animals! *so many places lack that BASIC requirement* They are so loving and patient with my Annie!
Extremely friendly staff that is constantly taking care of the health of our babies while maintaining protocols for safe visit. Their dedicated staff took Grey into their hand and she was then returned happy and healthy to human human mom. GREY enjoyed her first visit at the vet! Thank you hopewell animal hospital and staff!
